SalientCRGT is seeking a Senior Navy Surface Warfare Instructor/Trainer to support our Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Educational Support Services (ESS) effort. The Senior Instructor/Trainer will provide RSNF personnel training on techniques, processes, and procedures relating to Naval surface operations and maintenance, damage control, and general navy surface warfare. Training to be conducted in various locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Perfect opportunity for prior Navy Surface Warfare Officers (SWO), Operations Specialists (OS), Quartermasters (QM), Fire Controlman (FC), or Cryptologic Technicians (CT).

Specific Duties/Job requirements

• Deliver, instruct, and facilitate instructor led Surface Warfare Training. Potential subject matter includes:

• Prospective Commanding Officer (CO)/ Executive Officer (XO) Training

• Basic Officer Qualification

• Advanced Officer Qualification

• Operations Officer Training

• Quartermaster Advanced Training

• Navigation Officer Training

• Maneuvering Board Training

• Weapons Officer Training

• Search and Rescue (SAR) Training

• Rules of the Road Refresher Training

• Allied Tactical Publication (ATP) I Volume II Familiarization

• Officer of the Deck (OOD) Refresher Training

• Radio Telephone Communications Procedures

• Combat Information Center (CIC) Training

• Damage Control Training

• Support and provide input to the RSNF ESS courseware development team to ensure training materials are current and updated

• Implement RSNF student critiques into RSNF ESS training materials, as required

• Prepare RSNF ESS Lesson Plans (LP) and ensure all Terminal and Enabling Objectives are effectively trained

• Utilize RSNF ESS Power Point Presentations, Job Sheets, and visual aids to support learning retention of RSNF students

• Administer and grade RSNF ESS tests and exams

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by RSNF ESS Program Manager and Operations Manager

Required Qualifications

Required Experience/Education

• Candidate shall have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years- experience instructing students in military programs

• Candidate shall possess knowledge of Navy training theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.
