Position Summary
Our Real Estate Paralegals assist with drafting, reviewing, editing, and managing all types of documents for the acquisition of residential and commercial properties. Experience with coordinating closings, loan packages, signings, and approvals is required with tracking calendars and deadlines.
This is a role that requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. It requires an individual who readily adapts to changing priorities and business needs while being proactive in identifying areas of need and demonstrating agility to execute action plans. This role is anticipated to grow in complexity and variety with time and experience in position.

Qualia or DoubleTime experience preferred
Minimum of 5 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, with substantive familiarity with title and survey
