Job Description

Kelly Services is hiring an IT Office Professional with Office Administrative duties in Sanibel.

Pay $19 to $23 based on experience. Must have 2 years IT and office administrative experience to apply.

Monday to Friday 8 to 5.

Temp to hire full time.

Office IT and Office Admin Role Duties

Office Phones set up, change, etc.

Office Emails to create, unlock, maintain

Office Computers, maintain operation

New Agents Computers setup (outlook, etc)

Printers Negotiate Leases/Contracts. Troubleshoot as necessary

Postage Machine

Computer support within ViP Network issues.

SmartPhones, help agents with set-up to VIP network Email

Network maintenance

Website management

Oversee Listing Agreements

Approval of listing input, adhere to legal requirements

Type contracts

Closing Checklists

Maintain files (Electronic and paper)

Make Showing Appts and get feedback

Put together presentations

Pay Office Bills

Get contracts to Realtor and Closing Company

Aid with Sellers and Buyers needs (setup repairs, meet contractors, keep track of invoices.)

Maintain Database for Mailings.

Prep Mailing Lists

Design Postcards

Manage 3 Properties


2 years IT Experience required

2 years office admin experience

Must be able to create documents, advertisements, postcards

Must be experienced in MOS
