Robert Half Technology is looking for a help desk analyst to support local and field users in a growing company! To be successful in this role, you should be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization.

Requirements

What you get to do:

-Provide end user support and initial training for computers, applications, and mobile devices utilizing our in-house ticketing system.

-Install, modify, and repair Dell computer hardware and software.

-Understands how to respond to priority cases such as work stoppages with a sense of urgency and in compliance with documented service levels including but not limited to: problem recognition, research, isolation, customer updates, incident documentation, case resolution and user follow-up.

-Manage the day to day administration, support, and maintenance of our Microsoft Desktop infrastructure running Windows 7, 10 and Mac OSX.

-Takes ownership of user problems, follows up the status of problems on behalf of the user, and communicates progress in a timely manner.

Notes:

-Soft skills - Passionate about technology, don’t be ‘in a box’

-Will cross train with the manager, he will put you on tasks that your strengths are

-Technologies - O365 support, Windows 7, 10

-If you are willing to learn, you can grow into more of the technology

-Top 3 – Windows 10 desktop support, setting up and troubleshooting machines HW/ SW, phone support troubleshooting

-End users – 230

-Team size 5

-Common issues – crashing, system restores, virus scan troubleshooting
