Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Provide exceptional customer service while observing SEL security policies and culture.
Create and maintain security documentation as required, and perform compliance audits.
Monitor alarms, assess the security implication of incidents, and respond appropriately.
Operate complex security systems with guidance.
Practice absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics.
Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
Understand. Create. Simplify.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Related associate degree or equivalent experience
Ability to learn security methods, practices, procedures, and policies
Skills in oral and written communication to prepare reports, programs, and other materials
Excellent customer service commitment
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)
