What You’ll Do

The Creative Resource Manager understands creative development and production processes and knows how to assign and manage creative teams. They will partner with brand, creative and operations/project management leadership to establish the creative intake process, resourcing approach and overall workflow within the in-house agency to support the business. Works with creative department heads to assign resources based upon assignment requirements, team skill sets, and timing. Manages resource management tools and keeps them up to date with team allocation and forecasting. Understands the scope of projects to plan accordingly. Identifies potential issues and works with the appropriate resources to find meaningful solutions to result in the best work.

Who You Are

10+ years of resourcing experience within a creative services group/inhouse agency or at a creative agency. Strong communication skills with capability to build trust and respect across the org. Extreme attention to detail and organization. Experience managing budgets. An organizer who can impose systems and order. High tolerance for pressure. Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary.
