Position Overview

As part of Global Demand Generation s Strategy and Programs team, you will join a group that drives the strategic vision for Global Demand Generation (GDG) and leads global programs supporting account-based and territory marketing. Working within the Strategy team, you will manage programs and projects driven directly from the annual Strategic Realization process to modernize and scale demand, and drive revenue growth. This is an opportunity to drive innovative, industry leading programs that will be critical to the future success of the global demand generation team in delivering an optimized customer experience at every stage of their journey.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to manage these internal projects from initiation through to delivery, including planning, stakeholder management, and communications.


  • Program manage the process for developing and agreeing Strategic Realization with the Global Demand Generation leadership team, including workshop planning and facilitation, capturing key decisions and requirements, connecting and aligning with the Strategic Realization process in other BSM and Autodesk teams, and supporting stakeholder communications

  • Manage specific projects that are identified within the annual Strategic Realization process. These could include: targeted projects to optimize the customer journey across all marketing and organizational interactions, working with the Marketing Operations Team (MOT) to develop new pilots that will test new technologies and processes (e.g., using AI to optimize the customer experience), and developing and implementing new frameworks to harmonize global demand generation best practices

  • Consult with business stakeholders on their requirements and facilitate alignment between diverse stakeholder teams on the development of project plans

  • Connect with potential business partners across the organization (e.g. data and technology teams in MOT, GSSO, DPI) to understand the data, process, and technology capabilities we could leverage in support of projects. Share these findings with the business stakeholders to inform the project plan

  • Develop strong stakeholder and business partner relationships and maintain effective communication channels. Define practices and processes for managing stakeholder and business partner expectations

  • Agree and document the project scope and objectives; deliver a variety of presentations in support of the objectives

  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. Assist extended team members in estimating and controlling their assigned tasks. Ensure that interfaces are recognized and tasks are integrated

  • Perform critical path analysis and develop action plans to mitigate risk; work proactively with stakeholders and business partners to resolve critical issues

  • Prepare and distribute reports and updates on the status of projects to various audiences, including executive leadership and functional management. Effectively communicate with stakeholders and solicit feedback to ensure satisfaction and product delivery

  • Ensure appropriate wrap-up, report out, and hand over of completed projects, including clearly documented next steps to operationalize and scale successful pilots

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 year experience in Project/Program Management and/or other related roles

  • 4-year degree from an accredited institution in Business, or Marketing; or equivalent experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Able to present a professional and positive demeanor with internal stakeholders and business partners, and work cooperatively to deliver projects

  • Highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at varying levels of complexity, with varying deadlines

  • Able to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams, with the ability to follow complex topics and derive understanding of the key issues. Ability to translate and clarifiy key details for business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success

  • Experience working in a B2B demand generation and/or customer success team

  • A good understanding of the technology, data and processes needed to drive successful account based marketing

  • Experience working in both waterfall and agile development environments
