The Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) Marketing team is seeking a talented, dynamic and self-directed Nurture Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing nurture campaigns of key products and solution offerings to drive customer retention. This is a global role targeting secondary and post-secondary Students and Educators, as well as Commercial audiences.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about education/learning, global marketing and creating a customer-centric experience. Candidate should have a solid understanding of B2B and B2C retention marketing best practices. This person must work at both the strategic and executional level: developing retention strategies while executing best-in-class marketing campaigns, analyzing results and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to retain customers effectively and efficiently, including onboarding and driving active use
Be the key global marketer to ensure nurture/retention excellence, working directly with marketing teams in Americas, EMEA and APAC to drive a consistent customer experience
Partner with multiple teams including demand generation, field engagement and marketing operations to collaborate together
Analyze performance of marketing efforts and make recommendations for future programs
Manage a direct report
Identify and implement comprehensive testing methodology for ongoing learning and program optimization
Work closely with agencies, marketing teams, brand, product teams, cross-functional teams, and legal/compliance to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
Collaborate and support the wider AEX team as needed
10+ yrs in a Marketing position with a solid background in both B2B and B2C marketing
Demonstrated experience managing a team
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across functional teams
Experience executing marketing programs that align with the customer journey, focusing primarily on email marketing but also familiar with other channels such as in-product messaging (IPM)
Solid track record as a self-starter with a strong hands on experience in marketing (strategic planning through execution)
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment
Interest in 3D design, electronics, technology, maker and education fields
Global marketing experience with ability to scale
Understanding of Software-as-a-Service
Knowledge of database marketing, email platforms (e.g., Marketo), MS Office, and marketing analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
