Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
Must have experience with project management principles and methodologies.
Must be experienced with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Previous HR project management experience, including experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholder sets.
Experience working in an HR department.
Masters in Project Management or Project Management Certificate.

The Project Coordinator-HRTM leads cross-functional project teams with a focus on meeting project objectives for complex, business critical projects. The Project Coordinator administers HRTM programs, systems and processes to support HRTM departments. Provides guidance and implementation assistance regarding HR policies, practices, strategies and ongoing projects of HRTM. This individual contributor role is responsible for high-level HRTM project management facilitation, aligning HRTM’s project timelines and objectives to meet the overall project timelines, and consulting work on various programs and projects for the enterprise.
HR Administration encompasses the following departments within Human Resources: Safety, Security, Employee Occupational Health, Workers' Compensation, Staffing Resource Network and all aspects of the Environment of Care.
Sharp System Services has campuses located in the communities of Kearny Mesa and Serra Mesa and consist of the Spectrum location, the Ruffin Road location and Sharp Operations Center (SOC). These offices provide the centralized integrated system support services to the operating entities within the system. These services include: Strategic Planning, Business Development, Information Technology, Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, Risk Management and Insurance, Contracts, Human Resources, Facilities Management and Development, Clinical Effectiveness, Finance, Nursing, Systems Supply Chain Services, Marketing and Communications, The Sharp Experience and Sharp University.
