This position is located in San Diego, CA; Copley - A Building.
Per diem: 8-hour day shift; start and end times: 7:30am – 5pm (any sched between these hrs).
Required Skills and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One year current experience in a Call Center/PBX setting (desired); or high contact customer service.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong communication skills both oral and written.
Strong computer skills.
Demonstrates ability to multi-task.
Ability to be a team player.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of medical terminology.

The Patient Service Representative I – Call Center provides a high level of customer service by assisting patients and others with scheduling appointments, taking messages, and providing information.
