Ethos Veterinary Health Client Communication Specialist in San Diego, California

Veterinary Specialty Hospital (VSH) is looking a full-time Client Communication Specialist to join our Remote Call Center.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls & identifying client needs

  • Directing phone calls to appropriate person or location

  • Providing general information regarding services at each location

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Invoicing

  • Providing patient status updates

  • Faxing & filing

Qualifications: Candidates must have the ability and desire to deliver exemplary client service. Previous experience in a medical or veterinary setting is desired as is a fundamental knowledge of windows- based computer programs and a comfort level with technology. Candidates must be dependable and have a solid work history.
