In this role, you will:

  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment

  • Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices

  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports

  • Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties

  • Assist with projects

  • Furnish information to authorized persons

  • Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding Wells Fargo and human resource policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications, International:

  • Experience in Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications (i.e. ServiceNow and Workday), and utilize search tools to find information

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships

  • Proven ability to research, action and problem solve complicated HR inquiries and escalations.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience working with Employee Care supporting all skills (Qualified Events, Payroll, Develop You, Compensation, Planning & Decisioning, Contingent Resource System, Leaves, Online Tools.

Job Expectations:

  • Identify, analyze and solve problems. Escalate concerns/issues to supervisor when outside of area of responsibility.• Ensure all cases and communications meet the needs of the customer; as well as provide feedback to management concerning recurring concerns/issues.• Respond to team member concerns/issues with sense of urgency. Personalizing responses and creating unique replies as the situation dictates• Provide excellent customer service in both verbal and written communications; handle escalated calls.Responding to highly complex customer inquiries
