Location: Remote
Work Hours: Mon – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Clinical Programs Director responsible for providing consultative support to crisis product customers. Will serve as the external facing front line point of contact for the crisis customer.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Provides support to the sales process in presentation of these programs and advises accounts on programmatic changes needed based on data collected.
Develops relationships with regional care management groups and works with them to improve operational interfaces.
Serves as a subject matter expert and trainer on care management operational issues.
Involved in and understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements to support NCQA/URAC accreditation and crisis specific contractual requirements
Working collaboratively with each crisis customer in a contract management role
Working with the provider network and community stakeholders to ensure a smooth referral process post crisis call
Working closely with community stakeholders to develop a strong safety net for those in crisis in each community we serve
Ensuring the contact center is operated in line with national suicide prevention lifeline standards and those of relevant crisis accrediting bodies as required by specific crisis contracts
Qualifications
Requires:
Requires a BS in nursing or other related clinical area, Master's degree preferred; 6 years of related experience including program development, and clinical practice; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Licensures: Current, valid and unrestricted license in a State or territory of the United States in a mental health field (RN, Ph.D., LCSW/LMSW, MHC, LPC, etc.).
5 years management experience in healthcare, experience in a clinically managed contact center taking crisis calls required
