This position is not required on campus and has the ability to telework remotely for the duration of the University of Utahs response to COVID-19. An employee hired into this role will be responsible for providing space, telephone, printing, networking and/or internet capabilities at the telecommute location and agree to the terms of the University of Utah campus and Health Academics COVID-19 Telecommuting Agreement. There may be a few occasions during this time that would require the employee to be onsite. Oversees the collection, compilation, and input of data for all Ryan White programs. Analyzes and summarizes data for accuracy and completeness. Makes recommendations to administrators based on data and trends of the program. This role may require occasional travel and hour outside of standard working hours. Oversee and organize the submission of client documents/re-certifications. Track, review, log and send complete documents to partnering agencies. Assisting with turning off/on eligibility in a pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) for Ryan White eligible clients. Works closely with Program Manager to ensure all projects and commitments to Ryan White programs are completed on time, and with accuracy to keep in compliance with HRSA policy and procedure. Assists in the organization and implementation of three Ryan White funded grants. Ensures and enforces compliance in policy and procedure as well as assists with billing reports for all three grants. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This candidate will also have the ability to function well on a large interdisciplinary team including providers, pharmacists, social workers/case managers, etc. Excellent communication skills are required.
