Equally important is our commitment to social sustainability in our business practices towards our employees, business partners and clients.As one of the top-ranked consulting engineering firms in the nation, providing surveying, engineering, construction management and environmental services, we have an opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our Site Development team in our Tucson office.Your Role: As a Project Engineer, you will utilize your expertise organize and execute the technical quality and coordination of a broad range of project assignments for public private and institutional clients while working in a team-oriented setting.Responsibilities: Conducting independent engineering calculations Utilizing AutoCad and/or Civil3D for public, private, and institutional projects Developing innovative, conceptual engineering solutions Transforming concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications Researching and analyzing necessary aspects of the project Providing support to the project team and various clients Assisting in the design process while utilizing various software and programsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire A minimum of 5 years' civil engineering experience with private development, facilities, infrastructure and public works design Strong technical knowledge with proven experience in preparing technical reports, designs, specifications, and computations Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Strong time management and organizational skillsWhy PsomasOur culture is built on the foundation of social sustainability practices.
