Administrative Assistant

Randstad is currently seeking 1 Administrative Assistant for a utility company for a 1 year assignment! Must be able to work 7:30-4 pm or 8-4:30 pm Monday-Friday to be considered.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare correspondence

-Report generation

-Compiling and creating presentations

-Coordinating meeting arrangements

-Tracking business expenses

-Drafting and reviewing meeting minutes

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:

-Microsoft Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

-Office Management/organization

-Data Entry

-Customer Service experience

Education:

High School

Experience:

Experienced

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma/GED Required

-Must be local to the area

-Minimum 5 years experience required
