Outstanding communication skills are critical. An understanding of business processes such as supplier onboarding, procure-to-pay, eSourcing and contract lifecycle management is desirable end-to-end supplier life-cycle.less thanbr>Job Descriptionless thanbr>Job Descriptionless thanbr>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESless thanbr> - Perform initial supplier onboarding including but not limited to the collections and review of:less thanbr> - All relevant, required documentationless thanbr> - Review of Certificates of Insuranceless thanbr> - Screen government sanctions lists such as performing TIN and OFAC checksless thanbr> - Review Health and Safety requirementsless thanbr> - Facilitate the onboarding process including effectively communicating between suppliers and property/facility managersless thanbr> - Produce reports and metrics from the supplier management platform to help drive key decisionsless thanbr> - Maintain master data in procurement systemsless thanbr> - Monitor system support email boxes and respond to user inquiries throughout the dayless thanbr> - Follow up on issues and see open items through to completionless thanbr> - Conduct training and coach employees in the use of procurement toolsless thanbr>JOB REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONSless thanbr>Education:less thanbr> - Bachelor s degree or Procurement Related Certificationsless thanbr>Previous Experience:less thanbr> - 3-7 years of experience.
