SMTS/MTS for Security Case Management System Development

Salesforce detection and response engineering team builds highly scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems to identify, find, and contain threat actors and their activities. We are looking for developers to work on the case management system, which is a critical business application used by security analysts for incident triage, investigation, and tracking in a collaborative fashion. The candidate will build and maintain the case management system based on Salesforce platform, and deploy it to multiple environments and cloud substrates. The candidates will also focus on improving the experience of case system by implementing process automation and integration with Slack.
Certified Salesforce developer with 3 years programming experience with either Java or Salesforce Apex.
Analyze, design, and implement user requirements with good quality and high delivery velocity
Strong problem solving skills and can deep dive to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in translating customer requirements into design and solution
Experience with scrum or other agile development methodologies, with attention to code quality, delivering secure code
U.S citizen is required.
Hands-on skills and experience in building customized applications on top of Salesforce platform is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in security domain especially threat detection and response is a strong plus.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
