Oracle Recruitment Manager-HR in Sacramento, California
Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracles top talent on a national or international basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs. Manages a professional staff of individual contributors.
Manages Oracle's staffing function to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs in accordance with governmental specifications. Develops and implements recruiting plans while minimizing cost per hire. Manages contractual relationships with placement agencies and contract recruiters. Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns. Administers employee referral programs. May provide assistance in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle's iRecruit web tool. May develop and submit reports to senior level management concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, etc. as appropriate.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and cold call to recruit individuals at all levels. Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel as needed. 3 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree.
