Google Apps Specialist in São Paulo, Brazil

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development in the media or advertising industry.

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in mobile, gaming, apps and digital advertising. Expertise in Mobile, Apps, Search and Performance Display.

  • Experience working in the digital advertising and mobile space, with experience in performance solutions, competitive landscape and local markets.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth performance and grow businesses in the assigned markets.

  • Ability to build compelling advertiser-focused solutions.

  • Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills. At ease working in multicultural, cross-functional teams

Your primary focus will be educating and motivating agencies and advertisers that Google has a compelling Google Ads offering. Among your many attributes, you will have business acumen and ideally you've worked with media. You develop and understand stakeholders points of view collaborating with the various roles/functions within advertisers from Strategy, Planning, and Buying to the Executive, Digital and Analytical groups.

You understand top-line business issues for both the agency and their clients, and explore fast and effective solutions. You're a persuasive, proactive, natural leader, a strong communicator and skilled at explaining complex issues.

You are highly organized and possess excellent communication/presentation skills and have the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business. You're particularly adept at developing close relationships internally and externally, have a bias for action and an ability to move discussions and projects forward.

  • Drive the adoption of commercialization strategies and roll-out of products solutions to help expand our business with existing customers by building solutions, opportunity sizing, activation, etc.

  • Collaborate with North America’s + Global Product Teams in order to leverage best practices and execute the local strategy.

  • Connect new products/features with appropriate sales teams and customers and ensure customer feedback is properly incorporated to global teams.

  • Plan and execute all initiatives and programs for maximum impact but minimal disruption to the sales team, working with marketing, regional teams, and product management.

  • Maintain accountability to revenue and product adoption targets and collaborate with Product Solution Services teams to drive cross team implementations.
