POSITION SUMMARY

Support intern who is driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding technical customer service. The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality and usage of SAP Products. The intern will need the ability to support complex environments that include a variety of operating systems, platforms and databases.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Monitor critical support incidents, ensure SLAs adherence and 24x7 support

· Perform root cause analysis, analyze and resolve incidents reported by global customers

· Create and share technical knowledge with colleagues and customers

· Report bugs and system errors to Development Support department

· Participate in local or global projects

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Foreign Trade, Logistics or related areas, expecting to graduate in the next 2 years

  • Programming logic

  • Object Oriented Programming (Java, C , ABAP, etc.) is desirable

  • SAP HCM Business Processes would be a benefit

  • Payroll or e-Social experience would be a benefit

  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills

  • Problem solving/analytical skills

  • Flexible approach to working in teams

  • Advanced or fluent in English language
