75695BR Consultant III - Charge Services ProfessionalJob DescriptionAs aConsultant, on theCharge Servicesteam,will consult with clients on service line workflow, guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stake holders, drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients and mitigate solution risks and issues. In addition, you will execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead client meetings and events, and drive internal team initiatives.QualificationsBasic QualificationsAt least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experienceAt least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or client-facing or HCIT solution work experienceAt least 5 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the jobPreferred QualificationsAt least 4 years of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting or support work experienceExpectationsWilling to travel up to 50% as neededWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionPerform other responsibilities as assignedAdditional InformationApplicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
