Cisco APO Manager - Analytics Team - 1320043 in RTP, North Carolina

What You'll Do

The Americas Partner Organization (APO) is looking for a passionate and motivated manager to lead a team of business development analysts. The team is responsible for continuing to enable easy access to performance metrics, aligning analytics to support the APO's business initiatives, and provide input to assist with leadership planning. Activities include: * Developing and leading business analysis programs, initiatives, and activities * Analyzing, identifying, and evaluating trends using business expertise to provide business recommendations * Owning APO data enrichment and security access for the organization * Engaging with Cisco's Enterprise Data System (EDS) and IT organizations for enhancements * Collaborating regularly with internal stakeholders * Training and adoption of new Partner tools for APO

Who You'll Work With This role reports to the APO's Director of Sales Operations and Business Development. In addition to working closely this team, s/he will also work with APO's Leadership organization and cross-functionally with GPO, Sales, Engineering and IT organizations in the Americas.

The ideal candidate's skills include: * Leadership mind-set with the ability to set direction and guide others. * Superior knowledge of Tableau, Excel, and other analytics tools. * Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking * Project and time management skills, such as coordination and completion of projects on-time, within budget, and within scope * Positive and professional approach navigating a highly matrixed organization * Comfortable making decisions in a changing environment * Strong written and verbal communication expertise * 5 years of experience in related field * BS/BA or equivalent in a related field
