Microf Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist in Roswell, Georgia

PURPOSE: To work within the Originations department handling inbound calls in support of the Microf application process as well as being the point of contact in the distribution of all applications received from prospective customer.


  • Assigning applications from with the Unassigned Application Register

  • Assigning applications received from the Inbox

  • Assigning applications received from the Fax Folder

  • Submitting applications received over the phone

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • Meeting Service Level requirements for contacts

  • Assisting with the call volume as requested

  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Eligible for participation in the Company?s Group Medical Plan and Group Supplemental Insurance Plan on the 1st day of the month following the completion of the Employee?s first 60 days of service.

  • Six (6) paid holidays per year.

  • Fifteen (15) days paid time off annually after 90 days of employment ? prorated based on the date hired.

  • Eligible for participation in the company?s 401(k) plan after one year of service.
