PURPOSE: To work within the Originations department handling inbound calls in support of the Microf application process as well as being the point of contact in the distribution of all applications received from prospective customer.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assigning applications from with the Unassigned Application Register
Assigning applications received from the Inbox
Assigning applications received from the Fax Folder
Submitting applications received over the phone
Providing excellent customer service
Meeting Service Level requirements for contacts
Assisting with the call volume as requested
All other duties as assigned.
