There are no direct reports with this position.
Under general supervision, the CRM Administrator is responsible for day-to-day administration of PRIDE’s Infor CRM system with the goal of creating a best-in-class user experience. Employees in this job class have experience in technology, database, and project management.
- Handling of all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, filters and groups, workflows, data integrity and quality control, and other routine tasks within Infor CRM.
- Troubleshoot CRM database issues and required enhancements and share with IT to correct potential technical issues.
- Provide data entry support for key stakeholders. Track new web leads and clean spam web leads from the system.
- Alert the training team of new hires who need to be trained. Inform team when additional training materials are required or created.
- Support the BOE process and business development growth. Ensure all BOE tasks are logged and completed by team members.
Provide administrative support to Director of Growth Support.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Experience providing skilled administrative and clerical support;
Computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software;
Skills to enter or upload data and format a variety of documents, including memos, spreadsheets and reports;
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with standard administrative processes and systems;
Flexibility for responding to competing demands and continually changing work priorities in a fast paced environment;
Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from team, customers and others;
Effective written communication skills using appropriate business English;
Human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team;
Effective customer service skills.
High School Diploma or GED
