Our client is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team for a long term temporary opening. The ideal candidate for this Office Coordinator opportunity will have 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment and have the ability to work well both independently as well as with a team. This person will work closely with colleagues in the office to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Office Coordinator must be detail-oriented and reliable.
Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
File documentation relating to employees and projects
Prepare meeting rooms by printing documents/materials and setting up any devices that will be used
Receive and send emails
Track office inventory
Ad hoc projects within the office on a daily basis
A high school qualification or equivalent
Basic-Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage time efficiently
