You will provide support for program and pilot implementation activities, conduct analytics reporting, and perform quality control activities to ensure compliance with program policies.

A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!
Responsible for processing program invoices in EMAPS and SAP. Monitors invoices for approval and payment. Coordinates with Accounts Payable, Processing Services Organization, and contractors for any invoice reconciliation or issues. Generates and analyzes payment reports in SAP.
Representing the Energy Saving Assistance (ESA) Program with contractors in areas of compliance and performance. Working directly with contractors in developing specific training in order to improve any identified areas of deficiency. Reviews and monitors a contractor’s measure inventory.
Measuring contractors program compliance and allocates work as necessary to improve and maintain overall program performance in compliance with all regulatory and company established matrices. Conduct contractor audits. Prepares detail and complex analysis in order to support any actions necessary that may impact future contractor work.
Responsible to work with all identified stakeholders in resolving customer or contractor issues and tracking resolutions.
Making decisions and recommendations to management on issues related to policy changes or refinement based on analysis or performance matrixes.
3 years of experience with data analysis and reporting.
1 year of SAP experience.
Bachelor’s Degree and other related certifications.
Great communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate data, context, and implications to business stakeholders and senior leaders.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project to create ad hoc reports and databases.
Ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Strong organizational skills, effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation.
Strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills.

Work Mode: When a return-to-office date has been determined, this position’s work mode is hybrid . The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
