Corporate Controller - ASC 606

job summary:

SAAS Corp Controller

A rapidly growing SAAS start-up business is searching for their first Corporate Controller to join their team. Main duties include establishing and running the technical accounting, financial reporting, revenue accounting( ASC606, purchase price), supervise the team, guide M&A activity, and lead the ERP implementation.

Ability to work remotely 2-3 days a week. Compensation - $160K-$200K

location: Rockville, Maryland

education: Bachelor's degree

experience: 10 Years

responsibilities:

  • Guide M&A activities, including purchase accounting and integration of acquired entities

  • Assess current accounting operations for improvement and implementation of new processes

  • Research and implement technical accounting issues for compliance (e.g., ASC 606 & ASC 842)

  • Participate in the implementation and rollout of a new ERP system

qualifications:

  • CPA Required

  • ERP lead implementation experiebce us required

  • Experinece in techincal accounting (ASC 606) - required

  • M&A support required.
