SUMMARY The Trainer is responsible for the development and delivery of training material to support the training needs of AAR Aircraft Services-Rockford. He, or she, will prepare the students for certification and/or qualifications in order to perform their assigned tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Delivering training courses that meet federal training requirements as well as training requirements for all Rockford employees as outlined in the Training Manual. -Developing training material and technical training manuals. -Developing courseware including: Subject matter presentations Instructor and student guides Exams Handouts -Instructor led and/or self paced Computer Based Training (CBT) -Supporting future training development. -Conducting local and/or off-site training. -Working with engineers and company specialists to develop and assemble training products. -All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
