The Position

Cleo is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to provide consultative recruiting for both operational and technical teams. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for all recruiting activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent to ensure we are building teams with the critical skills needed to move the business forward. This position can be based remotely anywhere in the US – it is all about finding the right fit! What You Will Be Doing:

  • Full cycle recruitment. Responsible for Sourcing to Close…and beyond

  • Partner with business executives (Director, VP+), hiring managers and the recruiting team to assess short- and long-term hiring requirements and collaborate on org wide recruiting activities and overall external talent acquisition strategy

  • Develop & implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and source high quality candidates

  • Screen and interview candidates for key role requirements and company values alignment

  • Connect with candidates throughout the recruitment process, provide a world-class experience, solicit feedback and ensure win-win outcomes

  • Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible

  • Partner effectively with the Onboarding team to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to their first day on the job

  • Manage multiple requisitions and hiring managers

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines

  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
