Aerotek Assembly Worker in Rockford, Illinois
Assembling freezers and grills. Will be reading blueprints or schematics and assembly components for the entire product. Starts out assembling the least complicated component such as the base, wheels, compressor, electric motor, and as the candidate catches on it gets progressively harder such as compressor, electric motor, copper tubing, etc. May be brazing copper.
Work pace is steady not not high volume assembly line type work. Assembling multiple different components and the same thing over and over again. They also cross train on different lines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves: 1) Mechanical Aptitude which means the ability to utilize basic hand tools; wrench, drill, screw driver, buffer, polisher, soder, etc. *Must be able to lift 35+ pounds a daily and regular basis.
