ICONMA, LLC Applications Support Analyst 2 in Rochester, New York

Job Description

  • The candidate must resolve application and other issues for internal and external user communities.

  • The candidate must monitor existing systems to provide pro-active support to users.

  • The candidate must install, configure, and maintain applications in appropriate application environments.

  • The candidate must closely interact with developers, QA personnel, and business teams to facilitate resolution of incidents.

  • The candidate must comprehend and translate users’ needs to facilitate resolution of application issues.

  • The candidate must recreate, troubleshoot, and resolve questions/problems in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the company’s service level agreements.

  • The candidate must interact with IT Operations as well as user community to prioritize and rapidly resolve issues.

  • The candidate must research complex reporting scenarios, systems incidents, and process flow events as needed


  • The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in application and/or systems level support.

  • The candidate must be experienced in FileNet

  • The candidate must have 2+ years of experience with Microsoft IIS.

  • The candidate must have intermediate experience with Microsoft SQL including ability to generate and execute queries.

  • The candidate must have experience with editing XML documents
