Desktop Support Technician
Location: Roanoke, VA
Duration: 6 month extendable contract
Our client here in Roanoke is looking to bring on Desktop Support Technicians to assist with an enterprise level Windows 7-10 migration project which is slated to last for the remainder of the year minimum. This particular client is also happy to shift internal resources around to different projects to continue to help it's employees gain valuable experience ad develop themselves professionally in their careers.
The top skills our client is looking for are:
Experience migrating Windows 7-10 whether that be on user devices and all the way up to large scale enterprise projects
Active Directory: adding and deleting users, password recovery, email issues, bug fixes, and general pc and end user device troubleshooting
Customer Service: the ability to connect with end users via phone and email, understand their issues and help resolve them in a timely, efficient, and pleasant manner. Any ticketing system experience is welcome.
