Job Description Summary

Manages the assembly TR & FDGS fulfillment team. Responsible to guarantee the execution of the production plan. Recognized as a professional expert, leads a team and a very complex function, identify needs and risk to secure the execution of the production plan. Deep expertise on the level of a technological field and develops and implement system-wide strategic business plans for their organization.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage global fulfillment processes and systems. Prepare and update critical materials lists to support internal and external customers

  • Update/maintain daily spreadsheets tracking product x-charts

  • Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.

  • Communicate with assembly team and Customer fulfillment teams on order priorities and escalations

  • Works on complex technological solutions. Solving issues and developing new solutions require usage of methods and approaches with some precedence

  • Track performance metrics and analysis to identify both opportunities and potential issues within S&OP processes and reporting as well as those across departments; provide insights and recommendations to help improve results

  • Optimize inventory and process improvements

  • Influence the development of strategy, including control of resources and influences policy formulation

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree in engineering from an accredited university or college, preferably in mechanical or aeronautical or industrial

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Materials Planning, Fulfillment, Logistics with a focus on material/product flow

  • Aviation industry experience preferred

  • Excellent SAP knowledge

  • Customer or Supplier facing experience

  • EU work permit

  • Fluent English and Italian
