Senior Associate, ESM Content Manager
Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) is looking for an Associate to join our Center for Supply Chain Excellence (CSCE) team. You’ll be responsible for partnering with internal stakeholder groups, leadership, and the CSCE team to develop, maintain and deliver on training content to match curricula in support of Learning & Development for all associates in ESM.

Experienced in crafting training content for various audiences using techniques, channels, technologies to best meet the needs of your customers.
Consult, develop, execute and perform on content management in support of our strategy.
Build and maintain healthy partnerships with our leadership teams, supplier managers, contract managers, ESM Operations, and other ESM team members in order to solicit feedback and input to make the training program better.
Develop and manage an inventory of content, our Hive technology platform, and various technologies used for the purpose of training.
Pull and distribute metrics for course completion and survey feedback (e.g. NPS)
Proactively spot-check and correct content while becoming a subject matter expert on our service offerings and digital channels.
Project manage delivery of content from non-CSCE resources; including the management of change management process
Manage, maintain & adapt the ESM cohorts for New Hires and PSC MRP associates
Coordinate, develop & support live training opportunities across ESM
Deliver training offerings as necessary.
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
At least 3 years of experience creating content for or crafting training materials.
Demonstrated familiarity with and use of digital technologies and communication channels.
5 years of experience crafting training materials in support of leaders and teams, demonstrating an ability to employ different styles.
3 years of experience in delivering live training in various forms
Experience with video production and video technologies, such as building Computer-Based Trainings (CBTs), training videos, etc.
