Bell Partners Housekeeper in Richmond, Virginia

The Housekeeper reports directly to the Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for performing the duties required to maintain the community club house and amenities, as well as clean all vacated units to help prepare them for lease and move in. It is expected that the housekeeper will assist with picking up trash on the property to keep the grounds clean. They will also need to exercise sound discretion and good judgment while implementing the policies and procedures of Bell Partners as they relate to the care and up-keep of the community.

Responsibilities The housekeeper is responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. In total to, maintain cleaning all common areas to include the fitness facility, all bathrooms, laundry facilities, business center, offices, and clubhouse. In addition, cleaning vacated apartments as needed.


  • To properly adhere to all Bell Properties policies and procedures.

  • Common Area and Office Inspection – Clean Common areas daily, before 9 am.

  • Ensure that the amenities are continually maintained in a clean and orderly manner.

  • Must be in uniform standard and wear name tag while on the job.

  • Clean vacated apartments as directed by the maintenance supervisor.
