WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Regional Account Manager , you will provide informal leadership that enhances sales team effectiveness.
You will be trusted to:
Identifying new developer prospects in the multifamily product category.
Participating in new product introductions associated to multifamily products.
Negotiate long term agreements with multifamily developers.
Ensure high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
Develop strategic plans to increase area representation.
Works cross functionally with peer groups to obtain goals and objectives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years related experience.
Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
Knowledge of products preferred.
Highly visible customer facing position with executive level communication and presence.
Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs, assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
