Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Regional Account Manager , you will provide informal leadership that enhances sales team effectiveness.

You will be trusted to:

  • Identifying new developer prospects in the multifamily product category.

  • Participating in new product introductions associated to multifamily products.

  • Negotiate long term agreements with multifamily developers.

  • Ensure high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.

  • Develop strategic plans to increase area representation.

  • Works cross functionally with peer groups to obtain goals and objectives.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years related experience.

  • Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.

  • Knowledge of products preferred.

  • Highly visible customer facing position with executive level communication and presence.

  • Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs, assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
