We are looking for passionate, driven people who want to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers’ lives and who want to be on the ground floor of Quality Engineering team.As the Sr Advisor and Technical Subject Matter Authority on integrated applications and end to end testing, you will ensure that defined QA Processes are implemented in all aspects of project oversight (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate) and identify efficiency improvements across the team. As part of the CVS PBM IT Team, you will also research and recommend new technologies for QA including automation tools. Need to actively participate in leadership meetings and project discussions and contributing to strategic planning and execution of all QA management tasks.Additional responsibilities include:• Provide application automation solutions by analyzing application flows and testing and developing and implementing automation processes based on business requirement using software engineering skills including data analysis, architecture automation design and application validation. • Lead functional programs/projects.• Develop and lead testing strategies • Create, modify, and manage Automation product and ensure Modularity & Compatibility & Robustness is achieved across lT teams.• Establish and maintain continuous integration and continuous development pipeline. • Establish and ensure adherence to quality assurance testing directions, standards, guidelines, and methodologies• Identify efficiency improvements and implement latest technologies in CVS lT to promote better healthcare experience to customers• Conduct Technical Reviews and guide peers.• Participate in any management activities as needed
• 8+ Years of overall experience as an Automation Engineer, with experience in the following:• 5+ Years of Establishing/Driving Automation Capabilities with UTF, Selenium, UIPath • 5+ years of experience leading projects• 5+ Years with Agile methodology/Agile tools such as Rally • Strong Life Cycle Methodologies in Agile and Scrum

• Healthcare, Retail or PBM domain experience• Experience using complex SQL queries preferred • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • 2+ years of Management experience.• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business language
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar degree
