Niagara Bottling LLC Senior Warehouse Associate in Rialto, California

Senior Warehouse Associate

Assists with the setup, calibration and operation of machines used in the production process.

Essential Functions

  • Monitor the performance of the AS/RS

  • Troubleshoot and document all AS/RS faults

  • Manage and control pallet retrieval missions

  • Monitor pallet rejects and escalate any issues to appropriate support personnel

  • Monitor pallet taggers and escalate any issues to appropriate support personnel

  • Manage the extent of manual induction to minimize any impact on production

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 0 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

  • 0 Years – Experience in Position

  • 0 Years – Experience managing people/projects

    *experience may include a combination of work experience and education

  • Knowledge of and experience with MS Windows, MS Office and other Windows applications

  • Good understanding of logistics in a pallet warehouse application, order handling, etc.

  • Logical and problem solving skills: troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems

  • Multiple focus: able to juggle many responsibilities at once

  • Organizational priority: able to make decisions that are in the best interest of the organization, even though they cause individual people distress

  • Persistence: doesn’t get discouraged and give up on things easily

  • Team work

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

  • 2 Years – Experience working in Position

  • 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects
