GoCanvas Retention Specialist in Reston, Virginia
GoCanvas is revolutionizing how work gets done by modernizing small businesses through a powerful cloud-based platform and customizable mobile experiences. We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused professional driven to strategically work with our current clients as our Retention Specialist. As our Retention Specialist, you will help set the strategic direction of the Customer Success Team, responsible for guiding our self serve clients to success through strategic, targeted tactics, owning the overall health of that cohort, and assisting with our potential saves and escalations, with the goal of creating lifelong clients. Reporting to our Head of Customer Success, the successful candidate will have a background in working with existing clients, and a desire to sharpen their sales and success skills.
Your Most Important Projects:
Identifying opportunities for upsell and working with clients on growth potential
Developing new concepts and focusing on growth initiatives and retention
Analyzing customer feedback, negotiating with customers, implementing retention strategies
Running onboarding webinars, assisting with escalated onboarding clients, and owning the overall health of our self serve clients
Tracking changes and trends within our self-serve cohort
Owning training's for current clients within the cohort, partnering with marketing and the Community Manager to drive usage of our most impactful features
Being the save/escalation point of contact for all self serve and managed accounts
What You Bring:
Experience working with current clients or prospective clients
A desire to lead in strategic, one-to-many environments
The ability to look at a problem, and organize relevant stakeholders to move to a solution
Strong organizational skills to look at 2500+ clients, and see where you can make an impact
What Success Looks Like:
Moving the self serve cohort in the right direction
Saving as many of our at-risk clients as possible
Working with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within the cohort
Being a resource for onboarding self serve clients who may need assistance
