Regional Customer Solutions Manager (2000302) – Research Triangle Park, NC

Where the Chemistry Happens

We are seeking a professional like you to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with the BASF APN regional customer experience teams, global AP and third-party provider(s) to lead the implementation for systems of engagement (SOE) across the region (US & Canada). You will be responsible for ensuring the SOE support and enable the customer experience as defined by each business unit. This includes developing process flow diagrams, understanding business requirements to deliver SOE solutions (in collaboration with a third-party) following an agile development methodology.

You will work alongside third-party strategic partners and the AP Digital Factory team to bring together SOE solutions. A key part of this role is to manage expectations, identify synergies and opportunities across the region and ensure alignment with our global IT and AP initiatives. The environment is highly challenging as each of the three business units (Canada, U.S. Crop & U.S. P&SS) impacted have their own independent solutions in place and are at different stages of maturity in implementation. Select systems will need to be retired as we transition to the new Adobe Experience based platform without interrupting the effectiveness of daily operations or negatively impacting the customer or employee experience. Current and evolving data privacy laws in the region must be considered during SOE implementation.

  • As a seasoned people leader, you will guide a team of three professionals as they define business requirements to deliver solutions that meet the current and future needs of our customers and partners.

  • Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate will be essential to help continue to build a regional solutions platform to serve the needs of the U.S. Crop, Canada Crop and U.S. P&SS businesses, including partnering with the CXM business unit leads.

  • Demonstrating your ability to network, manage multiple priorities, and prioritize effectively, you will successfully network and align with global, regional and country stakeholders, prioritize solutions based on business needs and manage third-party vendors to deliver solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Working with a laser focus on customer needs, you will rely on your deep experience in developing and executing digital marketing and/or sales enablement solutions.
