POSITION SUMMARY:

Alegeus seeks a Market Client Partner to join our dedicated, passionate team of professionals. The Market Client Partner will report to the Executive Client Partner and be responsible for helping our company succeed by unlocking opportunities and revenue growth within the assigned territory.

MISSION:

Support growth goals of our largest and most strategic client by understanding and articulating the consumer directed healthcare value proposition for local market opportunities, driving member growth across accounts to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.

OUTCOMES (the “What”):

Financial: Own and deliver on revenue target for assigned market

  • Partner with Executive Client Partner to define and execute the go-to-market approach for assigned territory

  • For assigned territory, be attuned to the unique needs of the diverse stakeholders within the ecosystem and effectively navigate their complex internal structures and nuances

  • Play both offense and defense in a complex, dynamic market, effectively balancing strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution

Subject matter expertise: Utilize existing grasp of the Healthcare Insurance ecosystem and prior experience selling successfully into a large Health Plan(s) to efficiently navigate and build relationships

  • Quickly climb account learning curve to build credibility both within account and Alegeus

  • Be the voice of the account at Alegeus and the voice of Alegeus at the account

  • Bring a deep understanding of broker relationships in assigned territory and utilize that to open priority doors

Differentiated value & support: Ensure that all stakeholders understand the advantages of consumer directed healthcare benefit accounts

  • Support opportunities with presentations, materials, and communications

  • Attend strategy and sales presentations with client, as requested, helping to clearly articulate value proposition

  • Deliver training and demonstration of the consumer directed healthcare solution for client’s employer groups to help employers educate employees

Accountability mindset: Partner effectively with cross-departmental units towards a common goal of amazing service and experience for accounts in assigned territory, yielding top line growth. Earn their trust and work closely with them to ensure seamless execution

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • All responsibilities for this role will be in service of the Outcomes listed above

  • Own the relationships and growth of given client territory

  • Drive overall member growth across all consumer directed healthcare accounts

Ensure that employees understand advantages and proper usage of consumer directed healthcare benefit accounts, providing demonstrations and education tools where necessary

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s in Business and / or equivalent work experience

  • Experience within the healthcare insurance ecosystem a must; experience in health plan design, specifically consumer benefit accounts, highly desired

  • 5+ years of sales, account management and relationship management experience, particularly in healthcare

  • Track-record of meeting or exceed performance targets and goals

  • Experience managing sales and account teams

  • Experience with project management and successful completion of project-based tasks will be required to be successful
