Role Summary/Purpose
The Project Logistics Coordinator will be the key logistical lead for domestic and global facilities, shipments, and training events. The Project Coordinator will provide direction to facility personnel, coordinate logistics, use analytical and decision making skills to fulfill resource requirements, oversee and maintain all necessary inventories, and implement and reconcile financial processes for the facility.
Essential Function
Maintain and purchase all necessary materials and supplies through iProcurement to support facility operations and equipment
Verify, manage, and approve all vendor invoices
Reconcile and manage all financial cost transfers for every facility user
Maintain and reconcile all BTA account cost submissions by working with the finance team to ensure prompt payments
Manage support requests
Prepare tooling inventories
Coordinate international shipments of bulk equipment and materials as needed
Work with Service Managers to meet expectations on job assignments, training, PPE and other tasks as needed
Work with the Immigration team to ensure appropriate international travel documents such as passports and Visas are obtained as needed
Support other functions as needed and review and approve timesheets and expenses if needed
Drive sourcing to work with local, approved businesses to reduce cost and maximize flexibility during high facility utilization
Coordinate logistics for personnel attending training or business requirements at the facility, including hotel and car reservations and meals
Create and maintain logistics tracking spreadsheets
Create POs and deliver POs, invoices and cost estimates to vendors and customers
Prepare reports for managers
Perform other duties as assigned

English proficiency required
Qualifications/Requirements
Diploma in Business Management from an accredited university or college
Minimum of five years’ operations, project management, or product management experience including quality, technical, administrative, financial and contractual
