North Talent Partner - Part-Time in Remote, United Kingdom

  • We are currently looking to appoint a Internal Recruiter to join our team. This is a Part-time, flexible home working opportunity with occasional travel to meet colleagues in north Wales, central England, Scotland and the North West. As the Internal Recruiter within our Talent Team, you will work very closely with the in-house Talent Team and numerous stakeholders across the business.

  • You will be responsible for sourcing and pre-screening candidates for multiple roles within the organisation, to determine fit. These roles will be a mix of permanent, contract and fixed term positions. You will use multiple recruitment tools to identify these individuals. Understanding their circumstances, availability, strengths and weaknesses etc. and maintain these details on our database.

  • You will communicate with potential candidates through phone, email and video calls. Keeping them informed across the entire candidate journey, from the initial screening call, to booking in interviews, to offering them the role. You will be required to speak to a high number of individuals every day.

  • You will be responsible for building, maintaining and communicating with our talent pools, with a focus on the technology side and the wide range of technical engineers that are involved in the project life cycle.

  • You will be responsible for growing this Talent Community, using job boards, social media, referrals and advertising responses.

  • You will work closely with marketing to create regular communication with the talent community

  • You will make sure that all our active roles are advertised in appropriate mediums.

  • Supporting the team with other appropriate tasks all specifically around adding value to our recruitment team to ensure we are identifying the right people.

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within technology, with in-house experience desirable.

  • Ability to recruit multiple roles simultaneously

  • Be able to successfully match candidates to the business

  • Experience working with numerous stakeholders

  • Experience hiring both permanent and contract roles

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proven ability to use multiple recruitment tools

  • Disciplined and able to structure own workload

  • A determination to do well and achieve all weekly goals

  • Highly organised and used to or capable of working with spreadsheets and simple software systems - we use an Applicant Tracking System to list and track candidate progress.
