This is a leadership position that will be tasked with increasing sales for our escalators, moving walks, and elevators. The leader will maintain current key account partnerships and develop new key account relationships in the infrastructure segment: airports, rail/metro stations, sports and music venues, etc.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, define, and iterate the North American strategy for organic sales growth and developing growth pipelines for the infrastructure segment

  • Consult and provide project support for elevators, escalators, moving walks, traffic studies, spec approvals, drawing reviews, etc.

  • Educate owners and developers, consultants, and other key account partners on new products and technologies

  • Build new proactive relationships with owners, developers, consultants, architects, general contractors, local municipalities, airport authorities, rail and metro authorities and sports / entertainment venue companies)

  • Manage the key account structure and major projects pipeline for future opportunities in infrastructure

  • Collaborate with the Americas’ and Global major projects and infrastructure teams to align on best practices and priorities

  • Host customer and consultant advisory board sessions

You should have:

  • Successful track record with achieving and exceeding sales growth and business development goals

  • Demonstrated success working with large customer accounts and achieving year-over-year portfolio growth

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs, and objectives and measuring results

  • Proven success with achieving financial targets through relationship building, quality service delivery, and positive customer satisfaction

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, supplemented by 7+ years sales and business development experience

  • MBA preferred


  • Travel will be approximately 50%.

The salary range for the available position is $111,000 to $186,000.The salary range and benefits described are provided in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, but the actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, location, certifications, and education. This position is eligible for health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, vacation / paid time off and bonus.
