Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Budget Analyst located in Redondo Beach. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the establishment and maintenance of the Functional indirect budget

  • Input time-phased budgets to SAP by month and account

  • Continuously monitor expenditures and explain larger variances to applicable programs and IPT's

  • Monitor/provide monthly cost performance visibility to direct reports to manage/reduce overhead accounts (labor, OIE & training)

  • Brief Indirect Cost, Unallowable, and Bravo cost status on a monthly basis to division management. Submit estimates at completion to for their input/direction on a monthly basis, and input to SAP as required

  • Prepare and approve Interdivisional work orders

  • Perform what-if analysis to determine most affordable solution

  • Work with Accounting and cost management as required to solve complex accounting issues

  • Support required staffing analysis and integration

  • Support SBD international organization with costing, planning, and maintaining the invoice process for the expats and foreign national employees

  • Knowledge of iBuy & MSDynamics is a plus

  • Help and oversee Belgium and India office operating accounts

  • Help guide Aeronautics programs and functions with international process

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 14 years of finance and/or budgeting experience, or a Master's degree with 12 years of stated experience

  • Working experience with SAP

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (excel) Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of supporting a function or program with business management support

  • Business Warehouse (BW)

  • MS Dynamics
