We are looking for a collaborative and skilled software engineer with growth mindset who thinks strategically, works pragmatically, loves to solve new technology challenges, and enjoys getting stuff done in a dynamic environment. As a Senior Software Engineer on this team, you will have ample opportunities to build scalable, robust, and reusable solutions to make a positive impact and obtain valuable experience across the spectrum of technologies, ranging from UI to back-end. This Senior Software Engineering role will have a measurable impact in customer growth and satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading and building scalable services and platforms, and driving key engineering fundamentals OKRs in an agile development team. You will work closely with our Program Managers, Data Scientists, Designers and Customers. We use a variety of technologies in building our products such as: C#, CosmosDB, Azure Data Explorer(Kusto), Azure Data Factory, Azure Search, Service Fabric, Azure ML, Web API, React, Redux, TypeScript etc.

Key roles & responsibilities include:
Building platforms, scalable and resilient services to provide to obboard partners seamlessly on to the platform.
Working with Product teams, Service and Partner teams to implement scalable self-serve solutions.
Drive long-term design thinking for systems and engineering processes with simplicity and maintainability as core tenets
Ensure high quality, secure, scalable and performant code.
Diagnose and correct service and application issues, support livesite in a DevOps model.
Deal with ambiguity, bring clarity, create energy and drive projects end-to-end
Mentor and develop engineers across all levels through sharing and learning
A minimum of 6 years development experience building reliable, distributed systems at scale.
Experience in Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and large data systems preferred.
Strong problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for software development.
Ability to work within product teams as well as across multiple partner product groups or external partners.
Drive for execution and results, while delivering quality software for large scale projects.
Cross group communication and collaboration and dealing with ambiguity.
BS or MS. A Masters or PhD in Computer Science or related engineering fields a bonus
