The role of the Senior Community Program Manager at Mixer will help build our army of brand advocates and act as a bridge between the platform and our inclusive, positive Mixer community, including advocating for players and interacting with our customers on and off the platform. You will help build out a strategy to build engaged, productive relationships with key community influencers and supporters across community segmentations.
Work with team members to design and execute community engagement strategies by customer segment, on and off platform
Help represent the voice of the community in the development process by providing input to the development team and representing priorities around customer feedback and requests
Work closely with internal and external customer support and development teams to help resolve issues players are experiencing
Work closely with key developers and publishers to help game titles and verified channels bring original content to the Mixer platform
Draft and distribute reports to provide actionable feedback and metrics across the studio
Assist the Social team with inbound listening on our owned social accounts and collect and represent community reactions to our messages
A passion for creating inclusive environments, the live streaming eco system, content creator community
5+ years of experience with community management strategy in the gaming or streaming industry
Must be organized, strategic, creative and be able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver against organization goals
Self-starter mentality - must be able to effectively work independently and autonomously
Expert knowledge and regular use of various social media platforms and livestreaming platforms
Great organizational skills and data analysis ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate across different game development disciplines including engineering, PR, and Marketing teams
Capable of managing and completing multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed
Familiarity with Mixer as a user or broadcaster
Experience with CRM tools like Dynamics
Previous employment in the gaming industry
