Microsoft Corporation Business Administrator in Redmond, Washington
343 Industries, the XBOX Gaming Studio that makes Halo, is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic administrator to join our team! In this role you will provide support to our Head of Halo Transmedia & Entertainment. Primary responsibilities include:
Provide calendar & travel support with utmost attention to accuracy and timelines, including:
Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings.
Arrange domestic and international travel as needed.
Reconcile and process expense reports for manager.
On/Off-boarding employees, setting up & tearing down equipment.
Scrubbing communication aliases for teams.
Assist with overall fiscal year planning of studio & team morale events.
Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures.
Building relationships with XBOX Game Studios Admin community.
Complete special projects as needed.
Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience supporting a senior manager at Microsoft.
Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving, organization and time management.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to accommodate varying work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a “can-do” attitude.
Must have a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft internal tools such as Headtrax, iCIMS, Employee Central, MS Expense2 & MyOrder.
