Robert Half International Order Entry Representative in Rancho Santa Margarita, California

Description

OfficeTeam is working with a manufacturing company that offers a business casual and relaxed environment in identifying an articulate Order Entry Representative. The Order Entry Representative will sit within a small customer service department and directly deal with consumer dealers. The Order Entry Representative must be able to work any of the three shift offered: 6AM-3PM, 7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM. The Order Entry Representative responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

-Field inbound customer phone call and coordinate email correspondence

-Order Entry into CRM database

-Resolve issues which prevent orders from shipping

-Provide technical assistance to retailers and ability to troubleshoot product issues

-Prepare and track return authorizations

-Assist in sales support

Requirements

The Order Entry Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

-Bachelor's degree preferred

-2+ years of Customer Service experience required, preferably in manufacturing environment or call center

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and previous experience with CRM preferred

-Strong communication skills written and verbal

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
